Business disputes can take many forms, and range from simple and straightforward, to highly complex. For example, if a person or company agrees to do or pay something, and does not, that could be a breach of contract. Most contracts do not have to be in writing to be enforceable, although there are some exceptions. Maybe somebody induced you to rely upon their statements, but their statements were false. That might be fraud or negligent misrepresentation. Maybe your dispute involves a combination of both, which is also not uncommon.
Whether your business dispute is simple or complex, our office has extensive experience in litigating business disputes that are simple, complex, and everything in between.
